SPRINGFIELD — Missouri State head football coach Casey Woods announced the addition of Sloane Snyder to the Bears’ football directorial staff, strengthening the program’s off-field operations.
Snyder brings five years of major-college operations experience to MoState and will oversee daily logistics and travel coordination. She joins the Bears after spending the past five seasons at the University of Missouri, working across multiple football operations and player personnel roles.

“Sloane will be a key piece of our off-field operations and external relations,” Woods said. “Her work ethic, organization, and forward-thinking approach will help accelerate our growth. We’re excited to welcome her to the Bears family.”
Most recently, Snyder served as a football operations graduate assistant at Missouri, managing scheduling, game-day communication, community service initiatives, and logistics for the SEC program. She previously worked as a football operations intern and player personnel intern, supporting recruiting, evaluations, official visits, and nutrition logistics.

Beyond college football, Snyder gained experience with NASCAR WWTR during the 2023 Cup Series and Craftsman Truck races and interned at the 2023 NFL Draft in Kansas City. She has also worked in youth sports and coaching roles across North Texas.
A native of Frisco, Texas, Snyder earned her undergraduate degree from Missouri in 2024 and is set to complete her MBA this spring. Her hire is pending formal approval by the Missouri State University Board of Governors.
