008. Willie Nelson, Alan Jackson, Dolly Parton & George Strait Announce Historic 2026 Farewell Tour: One Last Ride

The announcement arrived quietly—and then everything stopped.

Four of the most enduring figures in country music history have confirmed what once felt unimaginable: Willie Nelson, Alan Jackson, Dolly Parton, and George Strait will tour together in 2026 for a final farewell, titled One Last Ride. It will be the first time these legends share a full tour—and the last.

This is not simply a collaboration. It is the closing of a chapter that has shaped American music for more than half a century.

Individually, each artist changed the genre in a lasting way. Together, they represent its foundation. Their songs documented real lives—working days, long drives, quiet faith, love earned and love lost. These were not passing hits, but standards that became part of everyday life across generations.

The tour will feature 18 carefully selected dates, each tied to the artists’ personal and musical roots, including Nashville, Austin, Pigeon Forge, Atlanta, Fort Worth, and major cities such as Chicago, Los Angeles, Denver, and New York. Promoters have confirmed there will be no additional shows. When it ends, it ends.

Audiences can expect a thoughtfully crafted experience: individual performances of career-defining songs, rare collaborations, acoustic storytelling moments, and a final shared performance featuring all four artists on stage together.

The artists themselves have framed the tour not as a goodbye, but as a moment of gratitude—for the music, the memories, and the people who listened.

One Last Ride is not about nostalgia alone. It is about honoring a legacy while the voices are still here to sing it—clearly, honestly, and together.

Four legends.
One stage.
One final journey that country music will remember forever.
